They made the process so smooth and easy for us. As first time homebuyers we didn’t exactly know all the questions to ask but Chuck explained everything in terms we could easily understand. They were very thorough and helped us stay calm at a very stressful but exciting time for us. All of our questions we did think to ask were answered professionally and in great depth.
